Jain Responses to Climate Change: A Dharmic Reflection on the UN's Climate Action SDG

The UN's "Climate Action" SDG makes one thing clear: climate change is here, compelling us to engage in effective action to avoid the worst potential consequences. The Jain worldview encourages a way of life which can make a significant reduction in our anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions. The lecture will focus on Jain principles in light of the UN SDG's call to "Climate Action" and describe how we can, both individually and collectively, commit to living more climate-friendly lifestyles.
